Southern Yankee BBQ 6 foot smokers all come standard with the full length firebox and three damper control system, along with 6 rotisserie shelves, twin chrome exhaust stacks, diamond plate front counter the length of the smoker, and diamond plate door trim. All of our rotisserie barbecue cookers have lift out shelves for easy cleaning and all of our large diameter cookers can be upgrades to 12 rotisserie shelves.
