Benny Thomas Wins 1st Place for Brisket "The BEST INVESTMENT I ever made was purchasing a SYBBQ smoker. On 10/9/2005, I won 1st place in Brisket at Traders Annual Cookoff. Competed with 128 other competition cooks. Received a nice plaque and $1100.00. Very pleased with the outcome. Used the sample received from SYBBQ of Blind Rooster seasoning on pulled pork and got 11th place on 10/8/2005. Also received from SYBBQ Texasbarbeque.com seasoning and used the sample and had so many compliments that phoned the Texasbarbecue.com people and ordered more. Very nice people and a wonderful product.
