Current Referral Framework

Listed below please find the basic framework of our referral structure.

General Requirements:

1. Must be a customer and have purchased a unit

2. Must communicate with Southern Yankee Bar-B-Q in advance of a prospective customer purchasing a unit.

3. Prospective customer referrals must purchase a unit within 6 months of their initial contact

4. Customers are not permitted to refer themselves

5. Backyard units and other non trailer mounted products do not qualify

Compensation:

1. Graduated % commission structure on mobile smoker units based on annual units referred that turn into sales

2. Graduated fee structure on concession units based on annual units sold

Commission Payments:

1. Dealer commissions and fees will be paid within 10 business days after final payment is received from the end customer
