Just wanted to thank you again for the new smoker you delivered to us at the American Royal BBQ. Curtis and I have been selling sliced meats and slabs and our little venture seems to be improving. If it weren't for the 4-footer, it wouldn't be possible. Just yesterday, we smoked 11 brisket flats, 15 lbs of sausage loafs and a pork roast.
