Success Story:
Dick's Bodacious Barbeque

Dick's Bodacious Barbeque Logo

Dick's Bodacious Bar-B-Q is an example of one of Southern Yankee's totally custom barbeque concession trailers. Everything in the design of the trailer was made according to the customer's specifications.

Dick has an arrangement with Ritter's Frozen Custard's franchise owner to set up permanently year-round on the edge of their parking lot. The two businesses seem to compliment each other. Barbecue for lunch and ice cream custard for dessert.Dick's Bodacious Barbeque storefront.

Dick's Bodacious BBQ purchased his concession trailer in February 2001. By September 2001 he had over $200,000 in sales and was ready to open his sit down, dine in restaurant.

Way to go, Dick!
