'Yankee' turned up nose at white bread tradition
Regarding the review of Dick's Bodacious Bar-B-Q: "two slices of cheap white bread with each platter leave a bad impression." With that one phrase, Steve Slosarek has betrayed his complete lack of knowledge of traditional Southern cuisine. He clearly has spent little time south of the Mason-Dixon line.

If the reporter were to walk into any respectable (or not so respectable) barbecue restaurant in the South and complain about the Wonder bread that is the ubiquitous side dish, he would quickly find himself shipped home on a rail with "Yankee" branded on his forehead.
