I just had to tell you again how great the Southern Yankee smoker performed.
On Super Bowl sunday it was EXTREMELY cold as you are well aware. It was -3 below with a wind chill of at least -20 below. I cooked on the 3ft towable we got from you and boy did it do GREAT!!!
I used a total of 10lbs charcoal to start it up and used only 8 medium sized pieces of hickory for a 6 hour cook. I cooked a small brisket and proably the best ribs I have ever cooked on one of your units. I just wish I would have been at a competition.
I just thought you might want to let your customers and potential customers know how well one of your units does in cold weather.
Feel free to put this on your web site. No one has to stop cooking GREAT Que just because it's a little cold.
