A handsome, spotlessly clean mobile cabin with an ultra modern cooker capable of cooking 400 lbs of ribs in a day, this unit can be found on weekends at The Stand, a fruit/produce stand on East Valley Parkway, just before it becomes Valley Center Road. He arrives at 10am, is ready to serve about noon. You can find ribs, both pork and beef, pork and beef sandwiches, beef brisket, chicken, and soft drinks.
Owned by Ernest Kinsey of Escondido, this facility also caters parties and other events. They also have family packs with packages that will feed anywhere from a family of 6-8 up to a group as large as 100.
