SYBBQ in Puerto Rico
I thought you guys might be interested in this. On March 28 I cooked 300 pounds of spare ribs for the Caribbean BBQ Association monthly meeting/party. We cooked them on Raul Gonzalez's Southern Yankee Smoker. He brought his concession trailer to the meeting site and we cooked everything there. We had to do the ribs in two batches.
