Big Hoffa's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que began in Indiana during the cold months of winter. Adam Hoffman, otherwise known as Big Hoffa, packed all his bags, sold his car, quit his job, and said goodbye to his friends and family in beautiful Southern California. His journey led him to the great state of Indiana where he brought his Bar-B-Cuing skills, as well as his love for making people happy through food.
Back in California his friends would go crazy over his ribs and barbeque sauce. Now in Indiana, Adam has created some of the best smoked barbeque yet! His pulled pork sandwiches are to die for and his smoked pork ribs fall right off the bone, after being smoked for over 12 hours. And wait until you taste his beef jerky!!! He currently smokes two flavors of jerky using hickory and maple wood for taste. The two flavors he offers are Teriyaki and Spicy. Now this is not your average store brand beef jerky.
