 I apologize
for not keeping in touch better over the past year, but its
for good reasons. Trailer/cabin has worked great, had to make
some modifications to add more storage, etc., but all in all
it hit the mark.
Customer comments are the best part about the business (or maybe a close
second to paying the bills) and I believe your smoker with the transverse
mounted fire box and rotating shelves sets you apart from anyone else.
One of your testimonials summed it up best: 'A lot of work but something you
can call your own' (or something like that). I may be going full time and
may need another trailer within the next year, or so, just have not worked
out the exact timing at this point. What is your lead time at this point?
