Our smoker is doing just fine and we are being invited to some area festivals. We really love the rotisserie and the how easy it is to cook on it.

Kyle Phillips here. I bought the 4ft. trailer back in June 2003. and started smoking right away with a bone-in picnic. Didn't put water in the smoker and ran it between 250 and 275 for 8 hours and the meat temperature came up to 170. So I wrapped it in foil and put it in the smoker for an hour and a half at 275 and then it reached 202 and pulled nicely. I was Asked if I could cook corn on the cob with it and I wasn't sure so I thought I would give it a try. It absolutely gives the corn a wonderful Smokey flavor. We have been going to festivals with it and selling pulled pork sandwiches and smoked corn with really good success. Especially with no prior experience in doing food vending.
P.S. -People seem to love the look of the smoker. I have received a handful of compliments already in one week.

Just wanted to let you know that even though I didn't think we were quite ready...we did set up at the Erie Street Farmers Market this weekend with our concession trailer. It is an old warehouse district with cool shops and a Libby Glass outlet ...lots of farmers sell their produce.
I think we did just fine. Trial and error..live and learn....by today, we had it down.
We just have to GET OUT THERE. We are still looking for a semi permanent location. But we can set up at the market every Saturday and Sunday. And the cool thing is they have electric hook up included.
