The trailer is absolutely awesome. From the moment we started towing it home, it has been fun and generates interest wherever I go with it. The future is looking very bright and it is truly wonderful to get so many compliments on the way the smoked meats taste.
The very first public outing was the Millville Airshow in May with the U.S Navy's Blue Angels performing. It rained all weekend, but did not shorten the line of customers waiting for pulled pork sandwiches or the smoked turkey legs.
We actually were overwhelmed, unprepared, under supplied and could not keep up with demand. The moment I peeked from the smoker porch, toward the front of the cabin, to see people standing in line in the rain waiting for my cooking, was a feeling I hope I never forget. I knew my research and investment were wise decisions in selecting Southern Yankee.
